  • Our stay was a rather unique experience having never stayed in quite a place such as Triple Play. It provided both comfort as well as a refreshing stay while in the area. A bonus in the adventure was ...  more »
  • The waterpark if fun for sure and the arcade has a great selection of games! The rope course is cool and mini-golf is ok. However, the go-carts are the slowest I've ever driven in my life and the bowl...  more »
  • The water slides were fun and smaller than Great Wolf lodge which was great for my 7 year old. As an adult I had a lot of fun as well and liked that the lines were not crazy long. The wave pool had gr...  more »
  • Maybe it's just a matter of needing to be ten years old to really enjoy places like this. While Triple Play has tons of activities and looks like it could be very fun, it's also very crowded and not particularly clean. We did the indoor blacklight mini-golf, and felt rushed due to the line of people behind us, while we were trying to teach our kids how to play. It's also much too dark to see anything other than the golf balls and your shoelaces, and so loud I had to yell to be heard by my kids. I came out with a sore throat, feeling like I needed a shower. I think I would have enjoyed the pools and water slides, but there were tons of people in there too. This was on a Saturday though, so probably their busiest time. Maybe we will try again on a weekday at odd hours.
  • I don't think you should have to pay for a kids that can not go on the slides in raptor reef. The bowling is great as was everything else. If an infant 6 months isn't charged due to height and not being able to go down slides then neither should my 3 year old. Yet my 4 year old can go due to height and I had to pay full price for both! Not the baby just ridiculous on your pricing! I the really like rest of the place though its not like your going to Disney for these prices haha
  • We had my daughter's birthday party at Raptor Reef. It was amazing. Only thing is, because it is an indoor water park the chlorine in the air was just terrible. Made your eyes water and burn. The staff was fairly attentive for the birthday party, but not as much as they could have been. I had to ask for the tshirt and to spin the wheel for my daughter instead of someone making sure we got that. There were 3 staff, but two of the girls just stood at the entrance/computer of the birthday section and chatted with each other. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything.
  • Most wonderful front desk person (Dan) that I've ever had the pleasure to be helped by. He goes above and beyond for his customers and is so efficient and helpful. I will definitely be back!
  • Triple Play has come a long way since I first went there as a kid. After being in California for a little over ten years, we recently moved back and thought it would be fun to take our kids there. Everyone had a great time. While it can get a bit expensive, it doesn't have to be. Our first time there, we spent a lot and did just about everything. We've been back a few times since for bowling, mini golf, etc. Just one at a time. I'm sure the summer will be great as the outdoor area will open up more things to do. This is a really great place for families to have a good time.
