  • Everyboody enjoyed and loved our stay... the kids love the water park, heated pool, rock climbing, amusement, bowling and grandma loves the complimentary breakfast buffet (hot and cold breakfast)
  • We were looking for an indoor option while visiting the Spokane area in Winter. There is so much to do including ropes course, bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf we could not get to it all. We...  more »

  • Food here is atrocious. And be leery when you buy a stale 20$ large pizza, because when they make your order wrong the first time, they absolutely will do nothing to take care of you, not even refill your pitcher of soda that sat around getting flat waiting on their incompetence. When you enter the Waterpark it is quite fun for the kids. However, when they are constantly being berated by some lazy life guard who nests on her podium never taking her whistle out of her mouth. Highlight of the trip was the Arcade, because there was the only place I felt customers were honored. While we were down in the arcade, every now and then the fantastic arcade workers would slip my kids extra coins into their machines, just being a genuine sweet hearts. Don't spend 600$ on a stay here like I did, because I came out of it feeling duped.
  • So much fun and if you get the gift cards on special it's completely worth it. The staff are really nice and I enjoyed being there.
  • We stopped in here for the day and had a lot of fun. Our two-year old enjoyed the little kids' ropes course, and our four year old played golf and laser tag with me. Both enjoyed bowling. I've heard that the water park and hotel are nice too.
  • We came here during our stay at their hotel. As someone who works at an entertainment center, there are three things that are important to me at these facilities: service, maintenance, and (of course) how much fun we have. The service and maintenance were lacking quite a bit. A couple of the Go Karts were significantly slower than the others, putting those drivers half a lap behind everyone else. Several of the Laser Tag vests had phaser screens out, and the referee not only had to be asked to explain the point system and the power-up modes to people who hadn't played before, but also wasn't present during the game to enforce rules or help people with negative scores. Most of the arcade games we played ran out of tickets, which is understandable, but one of the three attendants who helped us couldn't even figure out how to get the tickets into the mechanism (I had to tell him how). The employees at the redemption counter were far more interested in talking to each other than interacting with guests, and they were some of the only few who even seemed interested in being there. Despite all this, we did have a ton of fun. The two guys at the Go Karts made that attraction a blast (I wish I had gotten their names). And our group would definitely visit again. We just hope that next time, we're given an experience worth 5 stars.
  • This place sucks... Go karts are slow...overpriced.... Lasertag sucks.... My son rides motocross but cant drive a go kart? I thought this was Idaho.... Very dissapointed.. Will never return... Save your money and go to Wonderland in spokane for karts... Laserquest in spokane for lasertag.... Biggest joke ive ever seen.....
