  • Lovely, scenic place to visit. Beautiful spot to pack a lunch, do some walking, and enjoy the water and birds.
  • Large park located on the lower Susquehanna River. It's pretty remote with dirt roads in some parts of the park. Boating, Camping, Fishing, Hiking, Picnicking, & Historical Buildings are all located in and around this park. One nice thing that stands out about this park. I live locally so I visit often. It's always about 10 degrees (f) cooler than the surrounding area. The forest is so dense and the park is on the north side of a hill so the sun is blocked for most of the day. And water is all around helping to cool things off. This is a great place to go on a hot summer day, or when you want to see snow and ice in the winter when it's gone everywhere else.
  • I loved this place! Nestled in the woods....water...history...grass, trees and clean air! The water wheel and the museum should not be missed! We think we arr advanced but many have no clue how hard it used to be! Great for a picnic or a hike.
  • Awesome trail system with varying difficulty for hiking and biking. This is one of my favorite places to mountain bike. Also, look into when the Mill is open for a fascinating look into how life used to be!
  • Awesome park!!! Great trails and picnic area. Cute cozy cabins that you can rent.
  • Didn't stay. No pets allowed at boat dock. Couldn't find camping easily. Around about!
