  • Peaceful and usually shaded. A good place for any length walk out run. They have a small parking lot to park. The office rents bicycles and you can pay to store your personal bike. At this location they have a small playground as well as warm up/stretching equipment. A couple miles down they have another small station with a toilet and parking. They also have a few of road trails through the woods of you want some rough biking or to be immersed in the woods. Trails are clearly marked.
  • Very peaceful trail, with lots of sceneries shaded quite a bit and then sun too. This trail I wish stretched to Gulfport up to the Jackson trail...very fun to ride. Great for the whole family, walking, riding, jogging, inline skates. You name it, with stops at the right points for refreshers and a bathroom break if needed. A must ride!
  • An absolutely great walking, running, biking path. It is paved the whole way and is actually about 40 miles long so there is plenty of space to stretch your legs. 5k, and 10k turn around are marked, if you run west towards the Jackson Road station. There are rest benches about every mile or so. It isn't lit the whole way only about the first mile is lit at night. There are bathrooms and bike rentals at the USM station as well as the trail managers office.
  • Nice place to walk.
