  • My wife and I selected this venue because it has white water rafting, zipline and rope course all in one location. We chose to to the zipline first. The two guides we had were fun and made sure...  more »
  • Good lord, people, do not go rafting with these folks. Unless you are desperate to have a horrible time, and in that case, go ahead, and ask for Jeff as your guide. We made our reservation several.....  more »
  • We really enjoyed our white water rafting trip with Rafting in the Smokies. We appreciated, during these COVID times, that the windows on the bus transporting us to our launch site were kept open and....  more »

  • Great time, the staff was very friendly and our guide Heather was great. Make sure they are doing damn release before booking trip.
  • Our experience was fantastic with this company! Our guide was "Sammy Davis" He was very knowledgeable and funny! He made every minute of the trip something to remember! We did however have an issue with another rafting company while we were on the water. To put it simply, we were "surfing" in the rapids and a guide from another company steered their boat directly into the face of my child. In addition to endangering our boat, the other company lost one of their passengers when their boat dislodged off of ours. We are fortunate that we were not injured and our guide was sure to make us feel safe after the fact. I am sure it was harrowing for the other company and I am still a little perturbed that someone would endanger the passengers of both companies by doing what they did. When I explained what happened to Mrs. Brenda after we returned to the office, she made every effort to make sure we were OK and before we ultimately left, she even gave us some peaches. Hey, Mrs Brenda, the peaches were awesome! We will recommend this company to everyone we know! Thanks!
  • So fun! Very worth the money. Our guide was fantastic. Beautiful scenery. Well organized. Hot showers available after your trip which is really nice.
  • I loved rafting! I asked our guide many questions and he kindly answered them all and he was very nice and he made sure we felt comfortable and trusted him. I would definitely recommend this for your family!
  • Our family of 5 ranges in age 5 to 46 years old and we all thoroughly enjoyed the family float. Brooks was a great guide and made it fun for all, especially our little one. The scenery is beautiful and the small rapids on the lower river were exciting for our kids.
