  • So thrilled to be able to pet , kiss and feed April the giraffe and Oliver and see adorable baby Taj! This park is beautiful. The animals are so well treated and the staff top notch. None of them have...  more »
  • for kids, this would be great to expend lots of energy. This place is small, as is the parking lot. Handicap accessible? hmm, as much of this place is on a steep hill. Admission is fair, but as usual,...  more »
  • I can honestly say I had never heard of the park until April and Oliver were awaiting the arrival of their little boy Tajiri. I began watching the April webcam back in February and began following the...  more »

  • Was very surprised at how crazy busy it was, but only parking was difficult. Not bad once inside. The place is very well kept and clean! Park staff, mostly young folk, are very friendly and knowledgeable-answered any questions. Lots of animals, some I have never seen at bigger places. More interactive than bigger zoos too. My wife is taking her class next year after this nice reckon mission. Color me impressed!
  • Went to see the April craze. Long line to get in but it went quick. Small park only took about 2 hours to see everything even with the crowds. Animals looked well cared for, but could definitely use more space. Hopefully with the giraffe money they expand some habitats. Only thing i didn't like was i didn't see much staff around. There were some people throwing food at the animals, taunting them, and climbing the cages. Overall, a good hands on experience, but a trip to a proper zoo would be better served.
  • Warning: turtles bite, don't break up the lettuce too small to feed them. Needs to be a warning and education on how they lunge their heads to eat. Otherwise, excellent place. Keepers are so passionate and loving about their animals and your experience. Started with the upbeat kid in the parking lot. Excellent staffing!
  • Wife and daughter wanted to see April the giraffe. Personally had no desire but it was on the way to NYC so we went. They had a blast and I enjoyed it well enough. Was impressed that pricing was reasonable and staff were very friendly. Food options were decent and pricing was very reasonable.
  • Animal Adventure was everything we hoped for and more. So amazing to get up close to all the animals. Park is very clean and all of the animals are healthy and happy. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. Paved walkways, lots of benches thru out and shaded seating areas. Food sold there is very reasonably priced or if you prefer can pack a lunch and sit at the picnic area just outside the park. Jordan was very friendly posing for pictures with guests. If you can...GO, you won't be disappointed.
