  • Live Casino is a wonderful place to visit. The environment is pleasant, and the machines pay off. I feel safe when I am there. When necessary (winnings) you can request an escort to see you to your car. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant. Thanks Live casino.
  • I used to like going to this casino because they had the best table games out of the three big casinos in the state (MGM, Horseshoe, Live) Now they've changed all of the blackjack tables to where they hit on soft 17 and most of them use those shuffling machines that continuously shuffle all the cards so far all I know, I'm not getting a fair hand. I have no reason anymore to make the drive there when MGM is closer and has better restaurants. The buffet here is awful with poor service (I frequently see nobody manning the create your own pasta dish station and other stations, they don't label the foods correctly often times and many of the individual servers need remedial customer service training as I shouldn't have to get up out of my seat to flag them down for more water, nor should I have to wait for them to find me usable silverware!) At En Vivo, there is one Asian lady who is doing the jobs of two people. She acts as the sole cashier and is serving people their food. This causes the lines to get long and take forever. This should have been fixed from day one. It's still an issue! At Morty's, every time I go there, they're out of pretty much all bagels and/or nova salmon.
  • The service was less than standard. First we ate at the buffet. The service was not professional. Our server didn't serve us until we complained. Then after we got her attention she left for 20 minutes. No manager came over and ask how we were doing. Another server had to come to our table and asked if we wanted coffee or some toiletts because we was eating seafood. Our server finally showed up after 35 minutes, then asked if we wanted coffee after we had been served by another server. The hotel looked dated, the staff didn't seem friendly. No managers were present and there was no coffee station in the lobby. I was locked out of my room due to my key being inactivated after one night on a three day stay. Checkout day, we come down for breakfast, surprise to us there's coffee station. We sit down to eat, there's only on server. She is overwhelmed trying to keep up with all the tables. No manager in site. I couldn't with a clear conscience blame the server, because she was trying her best. I had to get up from my table and go find her so I can pay my bill. Worst stay ever. Signed never again!!!
  • Must be a off night. Had to ask for utensils. My other 3 family members got their order but after 10 minutes we had to ask about my chicken. Food was good but I would rather have my bacon at least warm not cold. Service needs to be retrained to meet Bobby Flay's reputation. Other issues but to many to list.
  • Its nice environment, great food. Cocktail waitresses are slow or need to hire more. Everyone that work there was pleasant. Only real disappointment no cards game machines, i.e. Black Jack and 21.
