  • Making the road to Hana we find these Lava Tubes almost by chance, and they have been of the more impressive that we saw in Hawai.Hay to pay entry but leave a flashlight for q so visit your your pace. Charm me.

  • Lava cave, which can go into about 400 meters. The cave goes further of course. Really very interesting. Is $12.50.

  • When i heard about the lava tube i was so happy as I was not going to go to big island.. Its completely dark inside they give you flash lights.. A little expensive for a 20-30 minute tour.
  • Great family experience, and very unique. A little pricey, but worth the stop. Its about 30-45 minutes to walk the tube. Watch your step with little ones.
  • Not worth 12.50 each. Sure it is a near hole in the ground that takes 15 minutes to walk in and out. Nothing in there but rock. I can see charging 7.50 at most. But don't like being price gouged just because they can.
  • A little tricky to find, but well worth it since it was one of the highlights of our vacation. The lava tube wasn't as crowded as most tourist attractions, which made the experience more intimate and exciting. My only regret is that we didn't get through the hedge maze when we left.
  • Awesome to walk through a real lava tube and see the formations. Self paced.. about 30 minutes.
  • Pretty cool place. Self guided. One way in one way out. A little pricey, but everything is. It is certainly a point of interest if your making your way down the road to Hana
