  • The Hana Lava Tubes are truly amazing and fascinating to see and walk through. It is a must experience to at least see but enter and be consumed with the engineering feats of the volcano.  more »
  • Stopped here when doing the road to Hana. Was amazing to experience and very educational. The terrain is not the best so walking shoes or sneakers are better than sandals/flip flops.  more »
  • This is truly a unique experience and fun for the whole family. It's about an hour round trip down into one of many lava tubes (formed by lava flowing underground and boring a hole from the volcano to...  more »

  • Cool place! A nice place to end the Road to Hana with. A bit expensive at 12.50 each, but worth it. Also got a huge avocado and 4 star fruit picked from trees beside the entrance for 2 dollars when we left!
  • Great family experience, and very unique. A little pricey, but worth the stop. Its about 30-45 minutes to walk the tube. Watch your step with little ones.
  • Not worth 12.50 each. Sure it is a near hole in the ground that takes 15 minutes to walk in and out. Nothing in there but rock. I can see charging 7.50 at most. But don't like being price gouged just because they can.
  • If you're into caves and geology, this is a must stop. It costs $12.50 to get admission but I'd say this was cooler than the garden of Eden.
  • A little tricky to find, but well worth it since it was one of the highlights of our vacation. The lava tube wasn't as crowded as most tourist attractions, which made the experience more intimate and exciting. My only regret is that we didn't get through the hedge maze when we left.
