  • We stopped & bought the banana bread - we also bought hotdogs and a burger. Expensive for what it was, but we appreciate it being available. They have a couple picnic tables.  more »
  • Not only was the bread fabulous and warm out of the oven, but we stopped on the way down also. A nice addition was my introduction to Hanatonic; I take prescription meds for nausea regularly. I bought...  more »

  • The banana bread at Aunt Sandy's located nearby was to die for. This banana bread would have been good if I didn't have Aunt Sandy's to directly compare it to. If you are looking for great, life-changing banana bread go to Aunt Sandy's. If you are looking for good banana bread...this will do.
  • I would most certainly recommend stopping here if you 1. Have to use the bathroom, and 2. Need a quick beverage or snack. I am not sure of the specialty items the cook on site but a regular turkey sandwich is just that; regular. It's simple and if you are hungry this is the best option you have if you came unprepared and without a packed lunch. (Highly recommended).
  • I used a porta potty at the beginning of the trip and a part of my soul shrivelled up and died when there was urine and feces literally everywhere with no toilet paper and no running water. I had to mentally calculate how long i thought i could wait vs how long i thought until the next toilet vs how long until i puked. That is why this place gets 5 stars. I will gladly buy yummy but expansive banana bread and a $1.55 bag of m&ms so I can wash my hands of the filth of the previous location. The porta potty was cleaner here and there are tables to sit and a cute wooden cut out to take photos in. Thank you for being there when I needed you the most.
  • Was a fun little stop on the road to hana. Amazing banana bread.
  • Amazing banana bread. Delicious shaved ice. Good food. Plus souvenirs.
