  • We had tasted the wines in NYC a couple month earlier to visit. This winery produces without a doubt the best wines of the region! He had the extraordinary pleasure to meet Meaghan Frank, who is such ...  more »
  • This is the premier winery in the Finger Lakes and the wine and staff reflect the quality and care that go into the process. We will definitely return and recommend it highly.
  • We have been to many wineries over the years, but Dr. Frank was one of the best. Every winery has its own culture, and Dr. Frank's does not disappoint. We tasted about five wines (because we know what...  more »

  • The famous Dr. Frank's winery was a must-visit during our trip, and it was very enjoyable. The attendant and shop keep were both very knowledgeable, able to answer even the most obscure questions. They were also able to explain the nuances of strange Eastern European varieties that we had never encountered. The sparkling wines, especially their Extended Tirage Brut offering, were exceptional and could develop into truly stunning wines. Top-notch operation; very highly recommended.
  • The "1886 room" tastings and food parings at Dr. Konstantin Frank are well worth the trip to epicenter of the the Finger Lakes wine region. Now in it's 4th generation of the Frank family, Meaghan's tour of the and explanation of the Methode Champenoise wine process was a great way to cap off a week of tasting along Keuka, Seneca and Cayuga lake.
  • The tasting was free, the staff was very friendly and knew a lot about their wines. Also, they had great wines at reasonable prices.
  • Some of the best wines in the Finger Lakes. Champagne's are amazing. Serving staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended stop along the wine trail.
  • Friendly environment, pleasant staff and fine light wines. Tasting room offers a panoramic view of Keuka Lake, peeking over vineyards that roll down to its shore.
