  • Our family with small children did the hike up to the Tower on a beautiful fall Saturday. Nice wide path, gentle incline. Great for kids. Even saw some strollers (or carriages, as they say in CT). Bea...  more »
  • We decided to take the hike to the top. Well it was a nice 1.6 mile climb along the great trail. Great look out tower at the top. You can see along way from the top of the tower.
  • This place is gorgeous. Nice climb to the top. The trails are great and easy to follow. And the little castle thing at the top is so cool. Be careful if it's rainy or wet- the floors get slick.

  • There is a great variety of trails from wide walking paths to climbing up a 50° slope of pure rock. The views from the cliffs and the castle are amazing. Definitely a great place to go to connect to nature and get outside.
  • Loved the place. Good for picnics with family. Very scenic place. You can take your dogs.
  • Really nice, well maintained trail system. Not sure if rock climbing is allowed, but it seemed like there were markers for vertical routes in one section of cliffs
  • This was an awesome place to hike it's 1.5 miles up the main trail.... to the tower although right now the tower is under renovation and its only open to enter on the weekends, but past the tower ... on the trail are Vista points with awesome views, a must see. I am glad I visited this place... dog friendly. 🤗
  • Love this place. If you like to hime there is a whole other end if the park that connects up with miles of trails most people don't know about. Great views too.
