  • To whom it may concern: I took my best friend, to your resort for the night of May 20th. I had high hopes of pampering the Bride to be with luxury, as we had paid luxury prices for a single night. Upo...  more »

  • Just did a quick overnight here for Spring break with my son. Very nice room and the food was good. Overpriced but I expect that with resorts. What I don't expect is to have a pool slide close 20 minutes after we get there and be told by the life guards "Oh we're going home. We're done with our shifts". It's Spring Break. There had to be over 50 kids in that pool who were so disappointed it was closed. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon! They then told me it would open in the morning. Also, not true as we found out in the morning. Half the reason we picked this place was so my son could enjoy that slide. No hours posted for it's use.
  • As a DJ, I don't give much reviews of venues but this resort takes the cake! They have an awesome elevator for moving equipment and there event rooms are spacious. The staff was great also. This is a great place for Weddings and Sweet 16's.
  • We have been coming to this place for the past 3 yrs and on average of twice a year. This was our worst experience ever. Maid service was non existent. The lifeguards at the pool were completely disrespectful. The management was not very helpful and rather rude considering the amount of money we paid to have our vacation. Day 1 at the pool was wonderful my family enjoyed the pool. My husband and son enjoyed the slide without any problems. Day 2 pool was only half opened. When we questioned it we were told because of only one life guard. This lifeguard spent more time away from her station. We were not the only people to notice this. There were several customers there that also felt like they were being cheated. We paid big money to stay there we expect the use of the full facility especially considering this was not our first time staying there. Then we were told our son could not ride the slide with my husband. Meanwhile they did it all the day before without any issue. It seems like they decide to make up the rules as they go along. We will no longer be giving them our business. Please beware paying good money doesn't mean good service.
  • A very nice golf resort, that is trying to be more natural than it is. The pool/hot tub area is cute, but kinda gimmicky. Their beer selection is better than your average resort. Their conference spaces were well sized and their AV team was nice to work with.
  • Golf courses are well maintained. Wild Turkey the best of the lot. Lodge is somewhat upscale but not snooty-feeling. The 4 star Latour Restaurant is upstairs, accessed via a lobby elevator. Great views across the Vernon Valley to Glenwood Mt to the west, Hamburg and Waywayanda Mts to the east. Complimentary balls on driving range.
