  • Great fun for toddlers to adults. We loved the petting zoo and the safari bus was fun and educational. There were plenty of places to sit down for lunch and lots to see. We spent over 3 hours there. You can bring your lunch, snacks and drinks in as well as strollers. There are lots of pavilions and playgrounds if you need a break as well. Well worth the money and time to get there (about 45 minutes from Harrisburg).
  • Family friendly. Great place to learn about animals. Also a great workplace. Has excellent customer service.
  • The safari tour is great, would go just for that alone, (its a separate part of the zoo) the only issue was pushing a stroller in the zoo as the path is not paved and made it difficult to get around. Otherwise a beautiful place to visit.
  • Awesome place. Took the grandkids here on 5/18 and they had a blast. The safari was great and they got to hand feed llamas and elk. Nice variety of animals in the zoo - well taken care of and spacious habitats. The petting zoo was a highlight as was the reptile center. The kids got to get up close and personal with snakes & alligators. Reasonably priced admission, food and gift shop. Hubby was free as a veteran. Would recommend. Worth the 2 hour drive
  • A nice little park for young children to get up close and personal with animals. Prices for admission and concessions were reasonable. My daughter loved being able to pet the animals at the petting zoo and seeing all the reptiles in the reptile house.
