  • We were very excited for the Taco Fest this year. It did not meet our expectations. When we arrived in an Uber, we were not allowed to turn into the parking lot. The parking attendant told our driver ...  more »

  • This was a fun little taproom/brewery. It appears the main site is downtown, but this little satellite location has great decor. They have done a nice job of the pirate thing without getting too over the top. The beers are solid. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clearly a well established after work crowd. The Alpha Effect IPA is a great beer. The Loose Cannon is their flagship, and it is a solid IPA. Their peg leg is a good stout. They had a food truck (bus actually) attached in an deck area outside (seasonally enclosed) which appears to be available year round. Lot of people were eating out there after work. Clearly one of the bigger brewhouses in the Baltimore area, and it had a lot of merchandise available for sale. Fun place, definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.
  • One of the best breweries in Baltimore! Great music, great service, and great beer. The Tropi Cannon is AMAZING, definitely earns a spot in my top five favorite beers. $7 for a free glass and four generous samples. Highly recommend!
  • Yaaaaas. Go for the flight. 4 choices of beer and a free heavy seas beer glass. If you do grab the wings, try the ambush sauce out. It's pretty mild but definitely worth trying.
  • The best bar and food in the neighborhood. Top notch brews and atmosphere to match! Make sure to stop by and check out this Baltimore gem.
  • I've toured this brewery 2 times, and will surely be back. The first tour was conducted by the owner, Hugh Sisson, who really showed his passion for brewing and love of the craft throughout a very informative tour. The next tour was with Capt. Flint, who is such an awesome character. He allowed my rowdy friends and I to interact with his stories during the tour and never waivered in his delivery of a very entertaining and informative tour. I'm hoping to see the "BEER" flag flying high on my next visit. The beer on tap is awesome, and the food is also great. If I lived closer, I would make this place my new pub.
