Food was not great, had chicken fried steak that was dry, no mashed potatoes, had to have French fries, the French dip was $14 dollars and very mediocre better quality at village inn for half the price, have had better fish and chips at a bar and grill for less, I paid $246 for our family to eat there and the only thing worth the money was the service, our waitress was great and took great care of us, to bad the food is not worth the price, value meal quality at best.
This is another great public course. It's the most affordable course in Eagle County. It's a bit of effort to walk. Lots of unexpected hazards to challenge you. The 17th hole is a cool par 3 that drops probably closer to 200' in 165 yards.
Great staff, great food, have to order the creek side chips. Great prices no matter what you are doing.
Good: Wide open tee sheet, much less expensive than surrounding courses, great mountain views. Bad: Not very friendly pro shop staff, dumb layout (#2 has hidden hazard at the perfect landing zone, etc), horrible shape, mat driving range in mid-late May, disappointing greens, tee markers weren't in the tee boxes...
