Categories: Wineries & Vineyards, Food & Drink
Inspirock Rating:
4.5/5 based on 380 reviews on the web
Taste Sonoma champagne with a history going back to the late 1880s at Korbel Champagne Cellars. Korbel champagne has historical significance in Sonoma County because the Korbels, an immigrant family from what is now the Czech Republic, began their legacy of wine- and champagne-making here in the 19th century. You can see how the legacy started firsthand on a tour of the champagne cellars, which also includes a visit to the history museum and a tasting. Tours happen daily and are free; you don't need reservations if there are fewer than 10 people in your group. Put Korbel Champagne Cellars and other Guerneville attractions into our Guerneville trip builder, and watch your holiday take shape.
