  • Nice beach / river put-in spot. The only downfall is you cannot take alcohol in this point. Which is weird since we are just floating down the river. If you choose to park here, just keep that in mind. They won't let you in with alcohol, even just to park!
  • Been going here for 30 years now and I return at least once a year, traditionally for the Fourth of July weekend but generally camp here 3-4 times a year. It's the absolute best place to stay on the Russian River. It's the largest, most comfortable beach with the most amenities (boat rentals, food shack, umbrellas, bathrooms) and the camping is great too, especially now that the new owners have designated specific spots for campers, as opposed to the old mob-rule method of swamping the lawns. Just steps from downtown Guerneville which has tons of great dining and shopping options.
  • My mother used to bring us to this beach, which has a camping area, almost every summer when my brother and sister and I were kids. I'm really happy that I can now bring my own family to enjoy this great family and diversity friendly place. There's a great, cordoned off shallow area for the little ones, a place to get food and drinks, rent tubes, canoes, paddleboats or beach umbrellas (you can't use your own, because if the wind picks up, someone could get hurt- they set them up for you in nice sturdy fashion). There's a big lot that only costs $5 to park for the day, or you can try for parking offsite and walk into the beach for free.
  • My favorite beach to visit while in Guerneville, although the staff are really strict on the No Outside Booze policy. They do sell beer, but it's on the expensive side.
  • Love this place! Best place to swim on the river in Guernville. Rent kayaks and canoes for cheap. Buy food and drink for expensive! Lol you cannot bring in your own food or drink. But it used to be free. Now $5 to park there. You can park on the street and walk in for free tho.
