  • You will probably see it as you approach it on I-40. I sure wanted to get close to it. Once we found the road leading up to it we realized there is quite a bit to see. I do not know what denomination ...  more »
  • This gigantic cross, is a very famous installation of Route66. It's an impressive 60 m high cross covered with religious installation in metal, a church and a representation of the cross with bronze statues in natural size.

  • It is worth it to stop and walk around, bring your camera, it's free. The gift shop however is really expensive!
  • Well worth the stop, even if you're not Christian. Gorgeous sculptures, very well presented.
  • The Cross was great, but even better were the life-size Stations of the Cross, Last Supper, and Empty Tomb! The gift shop was amazing too, as was the separate room with all info on The Shroud. We almost didn't stop, but we are so glad we did! We spent an hour here and would recommend it to anyone driving past on I-40!
  • You must visit to understand the immense feeling of love this site generates. ♡♡♡♡♡
  • A must see that depicts the pain and suffering that our Lord Jesus did for us.
