  • Awesome museum for kids! Super hands on & educational. The live super market was a favorite! So much to see & do. Affordable!

  • Definitely a must-do for those with children. Not as extravagant as some children's museums in larger cities, but will provide hours of entertainment for kids 2 yrs to about 10 yrs of age (possibly to about 13 yrs if the young person is interested in reading plaques and learning more deeply). Check the schedule for various programs, rotating exhibits, and special events throughout the year. They also rent space out for parties.
  • Great place for kids to hangout. They have 3 floors of fun filled activities and provide an interesting learning environment for the kids.
  • Exhibits were sparse and a bit boring. There is a LOT of wasted space here. My kids were bored. It is severely overpriced. Whoever is over the exhibits needs to visit the Marbles Children's Museum in Raleigh and take a few hints! They offer so much more for half the price. I'd drive 5 hrs to go to Marbles over this place.
  • My family loves TCM! We go there several times a month..if not weekly. I reccomend purchasing membership.
  • Took our grandson (3 years old) and he had a blast! There were so many things for him to do. Just a few things kept me from rating it 5-star: the cost was high; one exhibit was broken; cafĂ© was out of food and only had snacks.
