  • My husband & I enjoyed this as much as our son did. The stations are engaging and informative, teaching in a very creative manner. I didn't expect for each activity to have so much to do and they fit ...  read more »
  • Our grandchildren found plenty to do and see. Lots of hands on areas. Some new exhibits are in progress. Outdoor area was also fun.
  • We went to the Museum with my 2 year old granddaughter. They lived in Pittsburgh at the time and they said that this museum was far better. Even my 60 year old husband enjoyed it!
  • My family loves TCM! We go there several times a month..if not weekly. I reccomend purchasing membership.
  • Took our grandson (3 years old) and he had a blast! There were so many things for him to do. Just a few things kept me from rating it 5-star: the cost was high; one exhibit was broken; cafĂ© was out of food and only had snacks.
  • Yes, the museum is a great place to take children for a fun time, but they also have a fantastic venue for events. We've worked with them on a couple occasions, and their event staff is very professional. Consider them for birthdays, weddings / receptions, company parties, charity events, or anything where you want a fun and unique backdrop for your event.
  • Exhibits were sparse and a bit boring. There is a LOT of wasted space here. My kids were bored. It is severely overpriced. Whoever is over the exhibits needs to visit the Marbles Children's Museum in Raleigh and take a few hints! They offer so much more for half the price. I'd drive 5 hrs to go to Marbles over this place.
  • This is a very nice museum. It can be a great place to escape the heat in the dog days of summer. It is however a bit expensive for most families. It would be lovely if the companies like Michelin would help subsidize the cost a bit more.
