  • I absolutely love coming here to hike on the trails at Paris Mountain State Park. $5 entry fee is not bad. My dog enjoys our time here as well. Picnic areas, parking, and bathrooms scattered throughout the park. Beautiful, natural space. Can't beat that.
  • We love this campground. We stayed here twice in the last month and will be back again. The tent sites are nice and you have plenty of space, the place is quiet at night and the proximity to downtown Greenville is great! We also biked the Swamp Rabbit Trail and enjoyed Travelers Rest.
  • Enjoyed the hiking around the park. The trails were not very difficult so good for a leisurely pace. The park web site advertises that you can rent kayaks for the main lake, but when we were there the "season" had not yet started, so nothing to rent. (The site could do a better job publishing the actual dates these become available.)
  • This park as a whole is awesome! The campground is decent and clean. No soap in the women's bathroom for the 4 days we were there. The rangers are friendly. The office staff, Paula, is very friendly and helpful. The office has a very interactive section for kids to learn about Paris Mountain and Greenville. The trails are nice and peaceful. The views are beautiful. Will absolutely stay here again.
  • A short drive from Greenville yet secluded enough to get your nature vibes on. Great trails for running and biking, a lake for swimming, and great campsites as well. This park has a lot to offer
