  • We love the Greenville Zoo! Having lived near other great zoos, San Diego and San Antonio, we are familiar with spending time with the animals. (Besides, I often comment that our own house is zoo!) Th...  read more »
  • My husband and i were in town for weekend and visited the zoo. The zoo is small but it was very nice. They had a nice variety of animals. Everyone seemed to enjoy the monkeys. There were two adults an...  read more »
  • It was a nice little stop to see some animals. We spent about 2 hours there with our 5 year old and we saw everything that they have to offer. It isn't huge, but the price is fair for the size and it ...  read more »
  • We love our local, but small, zoo! This is a nice relaxing atmosphere with clear paths. The exhibits are easily viewed with added perches for the smaller kids to see. The playground is a nice break for the kids to burn a little more energy and a veranda with rocking chairs for the adults. They have remodeled and updated several areas. Bathrooms are well placed throughout and we appreciated the misting stations on the 90+ degree day! You could easily spend all day at the zoo and the park just outside of it. The zoo takes about 2 hours to go through.
  • Great zoo for how small it is. I'm from Detroit and our zoo is way bigger but you rarely see anything as cool as what we saw at the Greenville zoo way quicker and even more up close! Lots of fun, would go again.
  • Small but very personal. Great size for smaller children and families. Good petting zoo and everything is very safe a family friendly. Even have summer camps for the younger children!
  • Nice little zoo you can get through in an hour casually. It may be the smallest zoo I've ever been to but my daughter's loved it and there is a large playground outside of it as well.
  • Great playground for kids which is often crowded. Very hot zoo in summer for lack of shade but it is the best (only) Zoo in Greenville. With a membership at the Greenville Zoo visits to Roper Mountain and WNC Nature Preserve are covered.
