A lot of fun but dies add up when you take 3 grandkids...kept them laughing and smiling. Variety of things to do
We spent an hour at the park and my granddaughter had a blast. We only gave her $20, but she found everything she wanted to do and won a few prizes along the way. It is a very busy place with people o... read more »
Great place for the kids and adults. The go karts and batting cage were alot of fun. Plenty of games inside for the kids too.
Frankie's is awesome but don't go there without eating first!!! I love Johnny Rocket's food but this time, it was horrible and the waitstaff SUCKS!!! They need some thorough training and a little personality wouldn't hurt... I had a spill and no one was willing to help me get it up... The floor is already slippery... It took 5 minutes to get some towels... I don't mind cleaning up after myself but what if I were one with no house training and left it there for another unsuspecting customer to take a fall?
I can't believe frankies does NOT have STREET FIGHTER 5, any MORTAL KOMBAT or any NEO GEO(no SAMOURAI SHOWDOWN, VIRTUA FIGHTER or D.O.A.) cabinets. Especially SFV since it just came out THIS YEAR and has already made MORE MONEY THAN ANY OTHER GAME THEY HAVE....COMBINED!!!! I'd have pumped at least $100 into SFV today had they actually had it.....and the sad part is I own SFV and BOTH the kaz horai controller AND the kaz horai fight stick AT HOME....#suq'et
I go Frankie's Fun Park quite often and they never seem to disappoint. Their prices are good, and unlike most of those run down "family entertainment" places out there, the staff at Frankie's act like they some-what enjoy working there. The go-karts are great and their rules are sensible. The arcade has many options but unfortunately, like the rest of the gaming monopolies out there, are over priced. I always enjoy the time with my family and the inside and outside are kept clean. A little short on staff but all in all, I will keep coming here as me and my family always have a blast!
My girlfriend surprised me by taking me here as I've been talking about going for months. Most fun we've had in a long time. Go karts is a lot of fun and the batting cages are great for me because I used to have to drive 30 mins to find a batting cage back home in New York. Laser tag was cool and the staff was awesome. Definitely not very cheap but if you save up some cash, you all can have a lot of fun.
With it being so dreadfully hot the last few days, we planned to wait and go later in the evening. Checked website - we were good..hours posted "Tuesday 10am-12am" and 12pm-6pm as busier times. Excellent. So we go at 7:30pm thinking we were going to go 'cart it up', bumper boats blast each other, and even were daring each other for the Drop Zone - after all, seeing it lite up at night on the video via Face Book page gave it that "carnival edge" that we love. We walked in.. recharged our Fun Money cards, played 3 games and headed to the bumper boats..my daughter and I were talking trash and laughing the whole way... We walked outside to find that the crowd from go carts is walking towards us- as if it could have been the last run of the night, Drop Zone looked more like Dead and Deserted Zone, and to my daughter's biggest disappointment - and the primal reason of her visit to Frankie's over any other venue this evening - the water blast/ bumper boats were all lined up...no staff member attending... no workers to be found in that area at all. EXTREMELY disappointed and confused. The only side notes regarding hours I can locate is (may close early on slow week nights). The interesting thing about it was, as it was not super crowded, it was busy enough to have a line with all stalls occupied in the women's restroom during both of our restroom visits, and just how early do they consider early? According to the online posted hours, we still had 4 1/2 HOURS until regular closing time. So, with more conscious awarenesses now, we started checking out the amenities...the only staff we observed was 3 staffers hidden in the dark area near the ticket counter which is probably utilized as a group check-in area, but they were just standing, propped on counters and talking, the uniformed officer, one girl at concessions, and I assume a managersince, he just kept walking around testing the claw machines. No one was running the new 4D attraction. No one at Laser Maze. No one seeing over Fun House. If we knew our only option would be the arcade, we could have gone to Dave and Buster's...as don't they have a cheaper rate for games special tonight anyway? Attraction hours should be posted. I'm disgusted and daughter is heartbroken.
