Must see · Waterfall · Park
Built on reclaimed land from textile mills, Falls Park on the Reedy is home to the Upstate Shakespeare Festival. Enter the park's pedestrian bridge from Main Street in the West End District, where you'll also find the visitor center and restaurants. The first point of interest is the large bronze sculpture by Bryan Hunt next to the entrance. A footpath crosses over the cascades and the remaining wall of a 1776 grist mill. • Simple, beautiful, & relaxing. This is one of those easy attractions you can get to quickly. Perfect first date spot. Plenty of restaurants around & the brief history that was presented about the falls was very interesting! Easy to spend 10min or 1hr there.
  • This was a fantastic place to hike on our way to Virginia for a wedding. Beautiful trails near local shops and restaurants! So great to see a city keeping the beauty of nature right in the middle of downtown! :)
  • Definitely a favorite place of mine. Such a scenic, peaceful place for families and couples to hang out and enjoy a piece of nature inside the city of Greenville. The Liberty Bridge is iconic and one of a kind. The Falls are picture perfect and a great place to dip you toes in on a hot summer day.
  • The Bridge is inspirational. Its a place you've got to experience! Well oriented layout of the city surrounding the falls. It's a wonderful place to stand and experience the beauty that downtown Greenville has to offer. Walking paths of sidewalk make it easy to get around. You over look lovely fields that host events below. It's the best view around town for sure! Good relaxation can happen at Falls Park on the Reedy! The Music Place 🎵
  • What a beautiful place right in the middle of a really busy city. I wasn't expecting that at all. Highly impressed at the detail and time spent on this beautiful oasis
