  • This is a really lovely green space right off of Main Street (below it, actually), surrounded by office buildings, shops, and restaurants. The paths are wide enough to accommodate pedestrians and cyclists comfortably. There's grass for a picnic or just to soak up some sun and the sound of the waterfall. This is a great location for families for for a date. See the plaques on the east end of the (very stable) suspension bridge overlooking the falls for some of the history of this park.
  • This park is located in the downtown area, yet has a charming vibe. Walking down the bridge or getting very close to water -whatever you do, it will take you away from the busy life. There are some programs in the park almost everyday. Pack a snack, or bring your kids, or walk your dog -this place is awesome! TIP: Try to research parking before getting there. There are some $5 ones and also some $10 ones. Some $5 ones are closer than $10!
  • Amazing Park! I take all of my guests there. Recently, my friends from Chicago visited us and my husband's relatives from Lithuania (Europe) lived with us for a few weeks. All of them loved the Falls Park on the Reedy! I highly recommend it! There are 3 big waterfalls (one has a modern design, another, the biggest one, looks so natural and beautiful, and the third one you can find if you walk toward the Greenville Zoo). The atmosphere is so relaxing there! Even the air is so fresh and tasty! :-) I also like the modern style of the buildings and bridges there!
  • This park is fantastic. It's always the first place I take people if they haven't been to Greenville. Last time I was there a guy brought a massive boa to the park and sat in the sun with it. Pretty cool.
  • Beautiful, spacious park. Enjoy the river, waterfalls, bridges, open spaces, and concert areas. It is well cared for, and thoughtfully planned. A must-see, where you may linger longer than you intended.
