  • A great university that is a diamond in North Carolina! East Carolina will surpass all expectations.
  • My son wanted to get away from the "cold" and go to school in the Carolina's - yes, that is the ONLY reason we looked at ECU. Well,,, this school couldn't be more perfect for him. The school has large...  more »

  • It is a very well established University that has taking care of our baby girl. She has grown into a very beautiful and responsible young lady. Look out WORLD she has accomplished so much in her time at ECU. It is hard to believe that it is almost over. We laughed and cried the first day we dropped her off. We will be experiencing the same feeling again . It won't be long she is a SENIOR this year!!!!! WOW!!! Where has the time gone.. We just want to let her know that we are so proud of her and all of her Accomplishments at ECU!!! We love you to the Moon and Back. Thank you for taking us on your Journey !!! Always Remember "TIME +EFFORT = SUCCESS LOVE ALWAYS MOM, DAD, BIG SISTER AND KY "BUG" BRITTANY B. CLAYTON
  • Honestly, the school doesn't much care for their students. With buildings that have AC leaking and making students ill they didn't do anything except say you are on a list, we will get to it- sorry you are sleeping in a study room, and cockroaches and so forth in that building as well- they have been here since the day we moved in. The students are nice to each other and have clubs that are great- but when the school doesn't care you are living in a building that is nasty and wasn't ever cleaned before you moved in. A few weeks ago, a girl woke up with a roach on her face. It's disgusting. Take care of your students ECU, we don't pay thousands of dollars to have bugs and mold in our rooms, and a single properly working shower for an entire floor.
  • I had such an awesome time at ECU. I am a high school senior and I visited the campus and the nursing school and it was awesome. The area is clean and well kept and the buildings are very modern and nice looking. I just received my acceptance letter today and I am so excited for 4 years at ECU. Thanks Pirates!
  • The band that represents your school should have been taught to show respect during the national anthem. Replace the kneelers. NOW!.
  • A place to go to for an amazing college experience. The atmosphere and everyone in town makes Greenville a great Collete town, which rotates entirely around ECU. However the school itself is very overrated. The amount of money the school spends on its current students, as opposed to building for a higher potential future freshman class. Food is below sub par, and transportation is lacking. But I still love my school and trade all the negatives for a true East Carolina experience I've received
