  • I took my 13 year old son an his friend here for his birthday. We spent two days there in which I had to pay full price for the friend on the first day because I didn't get my son's picture on his pas...  read more »
  • There are lines for some of the slides and rides, but what amusement park doesn't have lines? the short slides of course have to no lines. and the lazy river is fun. Fun for kids too.
  • We visited the facility on July 14 2016 , and our experience was not good. All rides have crazy crazy long wait which I don't understand (our feet were burning from standing on HOT SUN HEATED surface!...  read more »
  • Went with family of three after visiting Water Country USA two days prior. This park is by far much better than Water Country USA. Lines were similar but the thrill of rides here was amazing. Wave pool was better as well with the whirlpool spin in corners. Didn't eat so this is based solely on rides. And this place is cheaper. We'll be back next summer.
  • Smaller than I thought it would be. A little dated and not the cleanest. Rides were only opened in turns. Guess they didn't have enough lifeguards or something. Nobody is perfect but when you see a lifeguard get wheeled away, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their ability to save you. Food is over-priced (as usual) and not the best quality. Service was extremely slow too and lots of booths were closed.
  • Today at Emerald Pointe my diabetic sister got her graham crackers thrown in the trash because "she wasn't allowed to have food" but all year long we've been going and all she had to do was explain she needed them to keep her from bottoming out. Though they threw her crackers away my other sister who doesn't have diabetes was able to keep her snacks, that same woman who threw my diabetic sisters crackers away looked into my other sisters cooler seeing drinks and snacks and zipped it right back up moving on to the next person. As we got into the park my diabetic sister stopped to talk to someone else about what happened since everyone else was being rude and not willing to help us. The guy she stopped to talk to even explained that she should not have thrown her food away especially because she was a diabetic and so he called a manager over there and left. That manager was unbelievably RUDE! She at first insincerely kept apologizing about the fact that she was't going to allow us to have food but after my sister kept trying to explain that she doesn't understand and she doesn't have to go through bottoming out Tiffany, the manager said with a very noticeable attitude "I do understand, you don't know my mama could have diabetes". After that we just walked off saying "okay whatever". Tiffany then began to follow us still talking about the conversation after it was over like she was trying to start stuff. We then told her it is too late and to leave us alone because we were going to call corporate and still are! She continued to follow us getting in my sisters face after we asked her to leave us alone, a bunch of staff came running over because we were the "disruptions" and had us thrown out and banned. They took everyone's season pass right before we were in the car about to leave, including my 2 nieces(ages 8&10) and mine and my sisters (14&16). Through this whole thing NONE of them even listened to our story. They said we were "cussing" (not true btw). As I was walking away I heard Tiffany tell whoever she was talking to that my sister called her the B word which is a complete lie! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! CORPORATE WILL BE CALLED!!!!!
  • I wanted to tell you about my visit 7/27/16. Park opens at 10AM but many rides were closed until 11AM. Went to our favorite shipwreck pool and found that you can not longer jump off the rails of the ship. Went to wavepool and found that the waves were lower or one of the pumps were broke. The lifeguards at the wavepool were were a pain with their whistles... blowing them every 20 seconds. The yellow slide and blue tub slide that drop into the 7 foot pool made everyone wait until the previous riders were completely out of the pool. All of all my kids and I found these rides which were their favorites now very boring and more like kiddy areas. Oh, and the lifeguards at the lazy river were a royal pain in the ass. Don't touch the ground in a 3ft river, don't get off the float, don't bump don't breath, making a simple river run not fun at all. Went to lunch and there was no food ready. Had to wait for at least 30-40 minutes to get 3 hot dogs and fries. When rain came and we were offered a rain check the rain check was only good for 3 hours. In the past rain checks were good for another full day at the park. I'm not going to make another drive to Greensboro from Raleigh for 3 hours. The park has changed for the worst with their rules and taking a lot of the fun away. We will not be dropping another $300 at your park again!!!!
  • I Had the worst experience ever, I was cursed at by the person at the gate. For not getting my hand stamped to reenter. I stepped out for 2 minutes. I purchased a season pass for myself and her. I still have two free admissions, that I feel uncomfortable to use. The person at the exit gate threatened to "f" me up when he hets out. Said be out here waiting for me when I get off. I was looking for a manager, because he just ruined my girlfriends baithing suit. He proceeded to physically stop me when he refused to get a manager, I took it upon myself to find one. He put his hand acrossed my chest, physically trying to restrain me and continued to use profanity while small children were exiting the park. This is not any place I would bring my family, let alone my child. The worst customer service ever. Save your money for six flags, Dont waste it like I made the mistake of.
