  • I am amazed at the negative reviews. I just can't imagine any of the things you have mentioned. I have always been treated with great service, graciousness and timeliness. One person stated that unless you pay more for shipping, your order is placed at the bottom of the list. I have never paid for anything but normal shipping and always receive my order in a timely fashion. I have never tried to sell china or silver to them, but I know from others that have sold to various and sundry other places similar to Replacements, that you do not get a lot for your goods. That is the nature of the business. I recommend this place and would give it 10 stars. As to their prices, they are pretty much in lines with antique dealers on the same items. Yes, this can be an expensive purchase, but if you want it, you pay for it.
  • Great place to browse and look at Sterling silver. Have almost anything you need. Great customer service. Highly recommend for and silver need. Amazing silver art work
  • When driving up, we noticed a particular rainbow flag on the pole out front... we knew immediately we were welcome. Once inside, the staff will point out the coffee bar and delight in explaining how the place came about. Sign up, take a tour and learn that the owner started from an old desk in a spare room in a small house and grew the business into the EIGHT football-field sized monster of a place that it is today. Great finds, plus store fixtures and lighting purchased from old department stores. While on the tour, you'll learn the owner is quite the philanthropist. He's given back to communities after amassing his wealth and along with his partner has adopted two children who needed a leg up. A very amazing place began from a pretty amazing guy.
  • Amazing! We sold China & dishware and while we waited we took the tour & visited the museum & showroom. Nicole did a great job with the tour-so fascinating! I would love to work there! All employees were very friendly & the selling & buying process was painless. Highly recommend!
  • A great place to purchase missing pieces to your set of china. They have a museum featuring historic china and chrystal patterns. They recently started selling estate jewelry. Located just off the interstate.
