  • Wide, gravel road to walk to the falls (two other falls in the immediate area). No pets (several people did not realize this). Nice falls coming into the river with areas to sit and enter the river.

  • Nice little hike. There's benches to sit and look at the falls. Very nice. Clear water and relaxing sound.

  • Cascading from a height of sixty feet, water from Tom Branch Falls splashes loudly into Deep Creek. For more than three decades, I've stood in awe of the beauty that comes so naturally to this area. I can't help but stop and look. Just a short walk from Deep Creek Campground, Tom Branch Falls provides the perfect spot to sit down (park bench available!) and enjoy the sounds of Mother Nature and breathe the fresh, cool air of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
  • Almost a two hour drive from Gatlingburg but well worth it! Several beautiful scenic areas along the way. Very beautiful falls. A short, easy and relatively flat hike. No restrooms located at the trailhead so be sure to stop at the campground or picnic area beforehand.
  • Real nice short hike.
  • Very pretty and a nice hike too
  • If you decide to go it's just best to leave your pets at home. They are not permitted on the trails.
