Stumbled across The Sinks while driving through the Smoky Mountains. The kids were having an amazing time jumping from the ledge. Not something you can do every day, an unique experience.  more »

Lovely waterfall along the road leading in to Cades Cove. Reasonably sized parking area. Several trail lead out from here.

Always a beautiful area to visit and enjoy the sounds of nature. It is sometimes very crowded in the warm weather months, so go early for parking.

Beautiful display of mother nature in the force of the water. Very dangerous if you get to close. Lots of parking. Trailheads visible and stairs. We did not hike. History of how area was man-made was interesting. Worth a stop and maybe a hike!

pretty scenery and deceptively dangerous. every year someone loses there life in these small pools of rushing water. it is often busy with tourists.

Great place to hang out for an afternoon! Short, scenic drive from Gatlinburg, and lots of friendly folks hanging out, taking pictures, swimming, and jumping off the rocks. We had so much fun in the water, we didn't even get to any of the trails we saw leaving the area...
