  • Great trail! Well trafficked during the weekend. The trail is challenging and is uphill all the way to the Falls but the terrain isn't bad with the right shoes, water and time. The Falls are worth it. Saw a blackbear about 0.5 miles in and some wild turkeys after that.
  • Good hike up hill 2.7 miles plan ahead bring water and a camera. Possibly see black bear and deer. We did.
  • This trail is definitely challenging due to the rocky terrain and the elevation gain. It felt great to finish though, and was worth every sore muscle I had the next day👍
  • This is one of my favorite trails in the park. Yes, it's long and rough but the scenery along the way and Rainbow Falls make it a rewarding hike. Start early because you will need most of a summer day if you go at a leisurely pace.
  • In agreement with other reviewers-start early, bring a ton of water and a full lunch. Probably some first aid equipment. My cell has no service(for emergencies) up here, but my friend's phone actually had great service for most of the hike, even at the falls! Expect to see a lot of other people and get at least your feet wet. (Have to cross a couple of streams)
