  • super short hike to see a waterfall, there was even an older lady with a walker hiking next to me! It only took a few minutes from the parking lot to the fall Nice if you don't really want to walk but...  more »

  • This is a great walk for all ages and shape. If you are looking for adventure this is not the hike. We went in November 2016, there was a drought and forest fires happening. The smoke was present but ...  more »

  • These falls were very beautiful and really easy to get to! It is a short walk back to these falls on a wide and flat path which makes it very accessible to many different people! I really enjoyed these falls and as much as I love hiking back to find other falls it was also nice to have an easy path to find this beautiful fall!
  • Nice easy quick hike/walk. Small waterfall. Great if you have kids.
  • This was a fun, easy little hike. I really wouldn't even call it a hike from the trail head to the falls. A very good place to bring kids and the family. The main downside is that it's quite crowded, at least when we went. You can continue along the trails past the falls, and see some pretty cool sites, but we didn't get to go very far as our own little one was getting tired.
  • Gatlinburg Trail was an easy hike along Fighting Creek. It was interesting reading the brochure and know that I was walking a similar path that 25 families walked to church and school many years ago. Cataract Falls was beautiful. We appreciated the log bench where we could sit and enjoy the view.
  • Was pretty dry and very small waterfall. Very easy to get to if you have small children or have trouble getting around.
