  • This is a characteristic of the region with these trees all decharnes repeatedly millennia. I thought that the Redwoods were older. And well I was wrong. It's funny touch trees that were already there at the time of the Pharaohs...

  • It's worth hiking up the hill to see these bristlecone trees - they really are some of the oldest living things around.
