Where to stay in Great Basin National Park

Visitors come to Great Basin National Park for isolation and a real wilderness experience, and the accommodation options reflect this. A series of developed campgrounds lie in the northern part of the park, and you can also pitch your tent in the wilderness. If you prefer lodging, the town of Baker on the northeastern border of the park offers a few basic motels and inns. The town of Ely, about 105 km (65 mi) from the park by road, provides numerous casino hotels and chain motels.
