  • Fun place to visit and learn about Maine's wildlife while seeing many examples in person. Pretty easy layout for little kids and some fun opportunities to feed animals and fish a snack. Picnic tables in the shade and a small shop with cold drinks and ice cream. Definitely worth the stop - probably not more than a half day for most.
  • Awesome amazing place! Family friendly and a very helpful staff. Great opportunity to see animals that you would otherwise never get to see!
  • Was a vendor at the GWAP Attean Memorial POW WOW. The park and the animals are amazing!
  • Has diverse collection of animals. Currently 3 albino animals which was pretty cool. My 34 month old son loved the fish hatchery (1000s of fish it seemed) and ability to feed the fish and deer especially.
  • Wish there were more animals, we went towards the end of the season. The kids had a blast. They only have animals there that are injured or waiting to be released into the wild.
