  • We were taken to this restaurant because it was part of a wine tour that we booked. So we had a limited menu to choose from because of the tour. I didn't see the full menu, but I ordered a pizza and i...  read more »

  • Took a group of 8 clients for dinner last minute. Outstanding food, atmosphere and service..We will be back!
  • We couldn't have picked a better time time of year to visit. We sat out on the patio with GREAT weather and live music in the background behind us. The food was excellent as it was the last time we were here 5 yrs. ago. Amber our server made our night that much better. GREAT WINE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE. A must to visit.
  • I had bought a certificate for $5 which could be redeemed for $25 here, with a total min. of $50 spend required. With that said, I came here on a Friday with someone else and, while what I had read said it was Italian, the vibe was way more Central Texas than anything. They had 2 men playing acoustic guitars and singing throughout dinner which I enjoyed more and more as the night went on. I ordered the spinach appetizer to start which was really good along with a couple beers. The waitress was very polite and energetic all throughout so I only had great things to say about her. For the main dish I had the Atlantic Salmon which had just a bit too much salt but overall was delicious. The problem came at the end when it was time to pay. The bill came, I put my card down and included the certificate, which I had showed the hostess before we were sat. I thoroughly reviewed it before we went and for tips it said 'please tip the full amount of the meal before applying the discount' which, as mentioned regarding the excellent service, I was already set on tipping her 20%. When the card came back I noticed they had already charged me a 20% tip on my card. For a party of 2. Is this standard here? I had never seen automatic gratuity for a party less than 6 and I've previously worked in the restaurant industry. I thought about bringing it up but since this was my planned tip amount I figured there was no point. The stupid thing is even after the discount I had spent almost $100 for just our 2 person meal, and while I planned on tipping the 20% pre-discount amount in cash, apparently here they don't trust customers to make their own decisions regarding tips, even if it's just two people
  • The atmosphere was amazing. Sitting on the back patio with the clouds covering and the fans blowing and catching up with a great friend. It was a great afternoon to be at Farina's. The food was ok but the service and the wine was just right. Thanks Farina!
  • I had a great time there when I went today for the first time. The sirloin lunch was perfect and inexpensive. The wine selection is also very good. Needless to say, I will be going back :)
  • I can't recommend the pizza enough! The Peach Bellini's are pretty special, too!
