  • Riding the canal boat, walking the tow path, and seeing the mill was relaxing and educational. Not to mention beautiful.
  • We set out to experience the mill and ended up being pleasantly surprised to see that the whole park is beautiful and well kept. Wonderful day in Grand Rapids!

  • What a fantastic canal ride on one of the few operational canal boats in the state. The guides are very informative and knowledgeable about the history of the canal and the area. It's worth the trip to step back in time for a few moments .
  • Nice scenery and nice trails. While I didn't use it the shelter at the park looked well built and accommodating am definitely considering renting it at some point.
  • Interesting piece of History. Kids were amazed by the mules pulling the boat in the canal
  • The best park system in Toledo area.
  • Beautiful place to go with the nieces and nephews.
