  • I appreciate the fact that GR has a children's museum, but it could be much better, considering the quality of all of the other museums in town. Also overpriced, $35 for two adults (who do nothing but...  read more »
  • My little kids enjoy this Museum! Great for the young ones as well as elementary & middle school aged kids! The bubble area is probably the most fun! I like the little "town" they have too! Grocery sh...  read more »
  • We visit Children's Museum's when we travel quite often and this one was great! Kids and parents had a blast. The bubble area was a favorite area, but they loved the construction zone as well. Thanks ...  read more »
  • Took my 5 and 7 year old there for the first time and they loved it! Easy to find. Parking was a challenge. We parked in a lot that was close and it was rather expensive. Its $8.50 entrance fee for each person to get into the museum. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. 2 stories of things your kids wont be able to stop playing with. We look forward to going back again.
  • I personally would like to see better security at the doors considering most parents just sit down and let their kids run around. My kids had alot of fun. Didn't really "learn" anything. I think there needs to be more history things or dinosaur things or something that teaches. Not just pretend grocery stores. I did see some of the employees sanitizing often so that's a plus for me. My son really enjoyed the bee "exhibit" where you can see the queen. The only reason we like it so much is b.c an employee came over to talk and she was telling us all about it. If she wasn't there, we wouldn't have known much about it. So other than lacking on the learning part of it I thought it was pretty good.
  • Sooo much fun for the Kiddos. They have a great staff. If you go more than 2 times a year, get the Membership. The have planned crafts and activities. Amazingly well done!
  • This place is very nice for children to come and DO things. There are realistic areas like a grocery store, post office, etc. that lets kids play and socialist. I'm a bit confused by the "museum" in the name, because I wouldn't consider it that. However, we took two 6 & 7 year olds and they had a blast.
  • I've taken both of my boys here numerous times during their young lives. They have always found ways to be engaged and play. I don't know what people are expecting from a children's museum, but it's obvious that some reviewers here who complain that it's not "Educational" enough don't understand that children learn best when they are actively engaged in play both with adults and with their peers. I would agree that it is a bit expensive with multiple children for what amounts to a 1-2 hour visit. My only other complaint would be that after the age of 7 or 8, most of the exhibits really begin to lose their appeal. This museum is definitely geared toward the preschool/kindergarten crowd
