  • Went here looking for tomatoes just before they closed down at 3 pm. Wow! Hit pay dirt!! Big juicy beefsteaks and gorgeous yellows. Ripe and ready to eat, and really cheap compared to Ann Arbor/Detroi...  more »
  • This is a classic, traditional farmer’s market. Two very long rows of fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, flowers, baked goods, etc. So, if you want a more contemporary experience then check out the Do...  more »
  • Fair election of produce a little on the high side. I would go again. It's small with one walkthrough lane with produce and products on either side. It's approx 100 yards long. Park one block over in ...  more »

  • A Grand Rapids mainstay and treasure. A true farmers market with amazing vendors. I get my thanksgiving Turkey every year from Crane Dance Farm here and it's well worth the money. If you like to cook, you need to come here!
  • Cheap produce! Great quality! Awesome selection of flowers during spring & summer!
  • Wish that was open year round but alas not snowy crops. The farmers are knowledgeable and helpful and cut great deal. I love the this farmers market best of all of them I have been to.
  • My favorite farmers market around, every time I go here I buy something amazing. One year we needed a rug and we bought a nice hand woven rug. Another time I stopped in I did all of my produce and protein shopping here, and it felt like I saved money versus going to a regular grocery store. Plus, you get to meet people from the farms growing your produce or raising and slaughtering your protein. You get all the ins and outs from the farmers or those representing the farms, and that is priceless information when it comes to the food you eat.
  • Fabulous market! Love the roof they put over it, HATE their parking can't get my big truck in their parking spots built for a smart car. If I were to find a tight spot I could not back up. I make the drive every week during sweet corn season just to get Heavenly Bliss from Platte Farms worth the 1/2 drive.
