  • Just an awe inspiring view over the edge. Definitely make a stop while in the area seeing Pictured Rocks.
  • Hubs usually spends a lot of time at Sleeping Bear dunes and was surprised at how big were these dunes. It was an easy walk and beautiful view!!

  • The views are amazing, Lake Superior is truly a fresh water ocean. Be warned that going down the hill is fast and fun, but the climb up is long and arduous.
  • A must stop and see when on a Pictured Rocks visit. If you are really fit and in good physical shape you can jump, jump, jump down the super steep sand to the lake. BEWARE though, coming back up is a really huge work out. The sand is so steep that every step up slides back down 2/3 of your stride. So well worth it if you are physically fit enough. The scenic view from the top is stunning. If driving East after this, check out Sable Falls. Be prepared to hike a long walk but well worth it if you go past the Falls and all the way out to the lake.
  • Great views and ability to climb some dunes.
  • One of my most favorite views in the world!
  • Beautiful views
