  • We rented a ballroom for our wedding reception here, and everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful during the whole planning process, and was willing to let us do some unconventional decorations, a balloon drop (albeit at a cost). They were very present and accommodating during the event, including some menu changes, and the cleanup (of lack thereof on our part) was a breeze. This was so nice after a long day. The food was in nice large portions (we were all stuffed) as well. The convenience of having the reception connected to a hotel was worth the money, definitely.
  • Great place for a Motorcycle show and warm inside. Then a ride to home or the trailer.
  • A great multi-purpose football facility conveniently connected to the CanadInn. Located close to restaurants, shopping, and the University of North Dakota.
  • Posion concern was load but the sound was average. The acoustics in the building are poor.
  • Since built, its been difficult to look positive on this building as a good venue. The place doesn't attract much. It isn't very old and its already been renovated. Nothing is going to help the monstrosity of the buildings exterior design. It looks like they used sheet metal from a 3rd world country for the exterior walls. Its an absolute giant eyesore to the city of Grand Forks. Blueprints and an artist rendition were created to make the Memorial stadium a giant bowl arena with retractable roof. I wish that would have come to fruition at UND. With the Ralph, the new Olympic practice facility, and a retractable stadium at Memorial field, Grand Forks and UND would have had some of the finest facilities in the nation. Grand Forks should have used the money to get that done.
