  • We stopped here on a wine tasting tour of the area. It's a fairly large facility if you're in a bigger group. They have 48 wines and you can select any combination of 10 to try, which is a little diff...  read more »
  • Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Great wine list with lots of choices. Worth another visit, or two.
  • My friends and I accidentally stumbled across Horton Winery while driving to our annual retreat in Buckingham County. They have a great looking building as well as wine! Our favorite was the Freedom a...  read more »
  • My husband and I have done two tasting at the winery and attended numerous wine festivals and we are always looking for Horton. Twice a year we do a road trip to the winery to replenish our stock. Can recall one wine festival where the fella taking orders was not very friendly as he must have been having a bad day. The best wine, by far, is the Sweet Concord and we never leave the winery or any festivals without at least a case. We are also big fans of the Mango and the Niagara and we also get a least a case of each of those. I really wish they would bring back the Acai as it was right up there with the Sweet Concord. Love, love, love Horton!
  • Amy was so great. Laughed, tasted wine, and left with 20 bottles of wine. So much fun.
  • Not the best wine and not the best atmosphere... We routinely skip this winery. They have a huge selection of wine so the alcohol per $$ spent on the tasting may make it worth while for those looking for that.
  • One of my favorite vinyards. Love their hospitality and their choices of wine.
  • Good "Sweet" Wines. Do not go here if you only like strong "Reds". Staff can be a little awkward but they mean well overall. Great variety of fruit wine. Again if you do not like sweet wines you will not like this winery. My wife however loves sweet wines and this is one of her favorite places to go.
