Played Palm - course was in excellent shape. Greens rolled smooth and past. Arrived late and pro gave me a great rate ; ) to walk- flags were already pulled. Only squeezed in 5 holes but I'd go back. Handicap -0 from Dallas

Played the Lakes course. Fairways are in poor shape with many yellow and dead grass areas. Greens are shaggy and have areas scalped to the dirt by a poorly maintained mower.

I understand people have bad days or are extremely busy but that's no reason for poor customer service. I spoke with a Jerry just to inquire about their business and immediately felt uncomfortable. When someone screens OMG after questions about their business, I think I will find somewhere else to spend my money because Jerry doesn't want it. Any suggestions anyone?
