  • If you enjoy rocks and love museums this place will blow your inquisitive mind. Go Orediggers!
  • Great little museum near downtown Golden. Worth the walk to work of a great meal at one of the local restaurants.
  • Great place to see some fascinating crystals. I've been inspired to buy a bunch of them and place them all over the house.
  • Free geology museum with samples available for purchase. Great layout, nice exhibits, rare samples, informative staff and great prices on mineral and gem samples. My family enjoys each visit to this museum and purchase nearly all of our non-local personal geology samples from the gift shop. I have been to several geology and mining museums, this is my favorite.
