  • My daughter and I visited Morgan Ridge on September 3, 2016. There was only one person( a young girl) conducting the tastings. We were given a glass and each tasting of 13 wines were at least 15 minutes a part. She would give us a tasting and then leave never apologized when she would come back. They were very busy, but that was no excuse. We will not return. Don't waste your time on such bad service.
  • Friendly staff, Nicole and Jennifer were great! They made the tour and tasting a great time. Still enjoying our day trip with a good bottle of wine. Worth the trip!
  • Very nice staff with a great selection of wines, beers, and good. Excellent location that features local events and pleasant views.
  • Chef is amazing (Jason) Wine & Beer al are great! Staff is very friendly
  • Rude service! My mother took my sister and I here for a tasting, and she informed the cashier/waitress of this at our arrival. We decided to have lunch and I again told the waitress I was only interested in the tasting. My mother went outside after she'd finished her lunch and the waitress went to every table, except ours, to indicate a tasting would be started and invited other guests to participate. When my sister questioned the waitress she said she, "must've forgot" that we were interested and now the tasting was "at capacity". She went on to say that it was necessary to call in to have a tasting--keep in mind we visited during the day on a Wednesday and my mother, a frequent patron as she lives fairly close, never has "called ahead". When we asked for our bill, clearly upset, the waitress spoke to the bartender who was fine with making room. I went out to bring my mother in and when we returned inside, the waitress had completely cleared outable! I had only started eating my lunch and was CLEARLY not done, so I'd essentially paid $10 for a side salad! I was so upset with the server at that point I could not stand the idea of giving this establishment any more of my hard earned dollars. There are so many other wonderful wineries in the area to have a "relaxing" afternoon. Don't bother with this one...will never go again!
