  • Plenty of room to fly a kite, play hide-and-seek and more. The kids love it!
  • Right on NC Bike Route 5. Great place to rehydrate etc. Water and electricity available at the rustic cabin. Plenty of picnic tables and shelter in case of inclement weather
  • A fun and family friendly historic town with a small park. There's a fair amount to do but be sure to check their website for hours of operation before visiting.
  • Great place to visit. Learn lots of history from gold rush era and town is still same as back then. Well worth spending the day with the family there.
