  • We went on the family friendly express trip down the lower Roaring Fork River into the Colorado River. Molly was an excellent guide and really fun to ride with! We have a four year old and there were a few other kids on the boat too, one as young as two! We felt totally safe with Molly and we still had some good adrenaline rush with the rapids as well as getting totally soaked in the bow of the raft! She even let me jump in, twice! Thanks Molly and Up The Creek Rafting!
  • ... we are in our late 70's and have no interest in being thrown into the river. Up tha Creek customizes all their rafting trips. Ryan said they have taken people on overnights, into several different rivers. He took us west on the Colorado for 2 hours, where we saw scenery, two bald eagles, and got splashed just a little. Great trip and appropriate for us. Check with this company before you schedule your raft trip. Whatever you want, Ryan will make it work. You won't be sorry. Betty Halladay, Golden
  • Had a great white-water rafting experience surviving the Slaughterhouse Falls of the Roaring Fork with Ryan and crew. It was early season and there were only two people in my party, but they were still willing to take us out even without a full boat of customers (really appreciate it!). A VERY personal experience with this small company. It felt more like being taken out by a new friend or co-worker rather than some cold corporate experience. Ryan was a great guide, as was the rest of the crew (driver and safety kayak). I go out at least once a year and will definitely be coming back to Up the Creek.
  • I chose Up the Creek because they could accomadate our large group. Ryan suggested that we utilize their "Team Building Adventure" package. The experience was phenomenal. We did an assortment of activities in and out of the raft. We felt extremely safe and confident with our guides. I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough for this one of a kind experience. THANK YOU!!!
  • My family and I recently used Up the Creek Rafting for a trip down the upper section of the Roaring Fork River between Glenwood Springs and Aspen, Colorado. The two and a half hour trip quickly became the highlight of our vacation. The route was a nice mix of fast running white water and class III rapids such as "Toothache". We were joined by another group the youngest of whom was my son's age which was nice as during the end of the river run the boys enjoyed riding with feet dangling over the front of the raft to benefit from the best view and experience in the craft. Despite snow fed cold water, spirits were always high as each bend brought a new challenge, view, or interesting sight to enjoy. I would certainly use this crew again and would really like to take on "Slaughter House Falls" in the future. It's a great time and your money invested will return a mile long smile and lifetime of memories.
