Thermal Spa Spa / Wellness
The world’s largest hot springs pool, Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, has been a haven for spa-goers in the Rockies for over a century. The grounds’ sandstone bathhouse has been completely renovated with the Western spirit of the Rockies in mind to promote serenity between visitors and their natural surroundings. If you are craving some physical activity, you can swim laps in the deep end or hit the diving board. If you prefer to relax, simply sit back in the soothing minerals of the site's therapy pool, which is constantly kept at approximately 40 C (104 F). You can also stay at the spa's 107-room lodge, which offers mini golf and a childrens pool, in additional to its all-natural healing pools. For travelers who use our online itinerary creator, Glenwood Springs holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • We had a wonderful time here. We took the free shuttle to the pools - the ride was quick and easy! Getting in was quick and the facilities were nice. It was busy, but not as busy as we expected. We were easily able to find chairs for our stuff and then spent many hours enjoying the hot and warm pools. It was a beautiful day, except for some wind, and the pulls were great to relax in!
  • The atmosphere is set up very much like a spa experience. There are beautiful tiles and decor in the changing rooms and lovely quiet music playing everywhere. The teen and kid's pool is off to one end. The lockers are a little tricky to figure out and the staff must be tired of helping patrons reopen them. The young lady who had to help me was quite rude about it. Bring your own towel, they charge to rent them.
  • One of THE BEST SPOTS in Colorado! Our family makes the 1.5hour trip as often as we can. Make a day of it. Lay poolside, enjoy the large hot pool or less-large extra hot pool. The kids have a blast. It's the biggest hotsprings we've ever seen. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff is mellow and everyone will leave satisfied!
  • Not a hot springs but a hot springs heated pool. A assembly line of a process to get to the pool. The water slides are a nice addition. Worth a visit once.
  • This is a great way to enjoy some pool time. The warmer pool tends to have a slightly calmer vibe than the main pool. Fun in the summer, but is also a nice way to be outside and stay warm in the winter - especially after a day on the slopes. It is a bit pricey here, but definitely a worthwhile experience, particularly if you are from out of town. A very popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
