  • We saw the Mammoth Falls slide on the Travel Channel, so when we booked a trip to Arizona this was a must visit. We are big fans of waterparks, so we looked into it. The pricing is a little high, but ...  more »

  • We were here for my spouse's 'Employee Picnic' for work. This is a great place to take the kiddos on a HOT Summer day in AZ! Depending on the temperature, and with the misters, sporadically everywhere, the place feels really humid in certain spots throughout the park!! AZ is a dry heat, and that just does not feel good! There's plenty of everything for kids of all ages to enjoy, and keep them busy, throughout your whole time there. Those lines will definitely keep them 'busy!' Some of the water rides have lines as long as the theme park lines! Expect to wait for long periods of time. As for the food, I don't believe you are allowed to take in food nor drink. Their food is really expensive!! I tried their Indian Fry Bread, and it was nearly $20 for two with red chile, beans 'n cheese! Wasn't very good at all! It seemed more like a giant tostada because it was super crunchy, and the toppings tasted like they were canned products. ...If you don't have a pool, and just want to escape the heat, go here!
  • We just went this past weekend. We all really enjoyed ourselves. My husband and I took our son and niece and nephew. We went after 4:00 PM so we could avoid the heat and get in for half price and save money. The kids had a lot of fun in the buggy board area (not sure if that's the right name) then we went over to the wave pool and hung out there for a while. It was pretty nice, not too crowded. We then went to the food area to get some snow cones and my husband got some food. The inside cafe was super dirty, you have to walk really careful because they don't clean the floors and it's constantly wet and dirty. What we really liked was that they had miniature replicas of the adult rides just for the younger kids. We had a great time and will definitely go again. PS it would probably be best to not take children under 4, it would be cheaper and almost the same amount of fun to just take them to the splash pad or swimming pool. Our kids ranged from 5-8 and they had a lot of fun.
  • We took our 10year old and friend and had a blast of a time. Lines were long but not too long. There was an excellent variety of high scare rides and reasonable scare rides with that extraordinary playground in the middle. My 2year old granddaughter would thrive in your smaller toddler lands. It is pricey, our only reservation, or we would drive the 50miles more often! Thanks for a great day.
  • I'm a huge fan of this waterpark... so much so that I prefer to drive two hours from Tucson, book a hotel room and avoid Breakers Water Park like the plague. We always book a cabana, which are totally worth the extra expense. If they put in a private bathroom for the village, they'd be amazing! The kids love the slides and the large play area, I love the lazy river and the wave pool. I've always been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Wet n Wild's staff and always look forward to bringing my family there.
  • This is the second year that we've done the season passes. While we love going to this park, my most recent visit, I was interrogated and almost had my husbands pass confiscated because I thought for the bring s friend rate, you went to the gate, not the ticket window. The guy was incredibly rude to me, the manager was no better. The bathrooms are disgusting, downright nasty full of germs, broken down disgusting. The food is way overpriced an you don't get what you pay for. The life guards are inconsistent with the rules of who can ride what in the boogie board beach. One slide, they allowed my 36 inch three year old go down it on our last visit, but next time we go, it'll be a different life guard that will say no, he is not big enough. I will say this though, the life guards in the kiddie area are very helpful with the little ones, although I'm sick of seeing the older kids in line to ride the little kid rides. They need to stop that so the little one don't have to wait in long lines because older kids think it's funny to ride the kid rides. Overall, would I buy the season passes again? Most likely we will because it's a way to beat the heat as a family.
