  • My husband and I just happened to stop here because they were open later than all the other wineries and we were at the end of our day LOL! It was a nice surprise :-) fun atmosphere, great wine and ve...  read more »
  • A boutique winery in Sonoma, our tour guide was a retired schoolteacher but very funny. We laughed and learned a lot. The Zinfandel and the Pinot were excellent. If you're doing a wine tour in Sonoma ...  read more »
  • We went to the winery at Glen Ellen, so I do not know if the Reserve Room has different wines or not. The wines were not to our taste and they served a few one the tasting from another winery, just be...  read more »
  • We stopped 2/13/16 at the reserve tasting room. It was reasonably crowded, yet the single associate greeted us and poured glasses of sparkling wine until she could start our tasting experience. She covered a lot of ground, we purchased Sangiovese and plan to return for a food pairing.
  • One of Sonoma County's hidden gems. Delicious wines served by knowledgeable and friendly tasting room crew. Very good wine and food pairing at the Reserve Room.
  • My wife and I have had many different Mayo wines over several years, and they just do not disappoint. One after another, we have found each wine special...its pretty much all we are keeping in our cellar.
  • We love their wine. We have been members for about 5 years and have had lots of great meals that were made even better with their wine pairing. The Mayo family has always been just a great bunch of people who really enjoy their jobs and their wine. They have always been very inviting when we visit from the East Coast, sharing their stories and experiences at their tasting rooms. Definately plan on going to the one with the food. It is really informative and the food is top notch.
  • Very convenient to those driving along Hwy 12. Definitely try the Port and the Champaign, my favorites. Their Chardonnay is extraordinary, as well. The winey used to sell wholesale, but their production is so limited that they only sell to their own customers. But, you can buy at the tasting room. If you like food pairings, visit their reserve room in Kenwood. Food and wine beautifully prepared and presented.
