  • Small winery but a huge tasting selection. We tasted 14 wines! Their santa red is a spice wine and it's amazing!! Biggest selection of wines I've tasted at a winery! Their hunters white is amazing too...  more »
  • Wonderful and very knowledgeable staff. Beautiful grounds. Wonderful selections. Certainly a hidden gem in the city. Enjoy the sweet reds!
  • Went out for a special wine and cheese tasting. $10, per person, reasonable. The cheeses were the best part. Some of the wines were not bad, but I probably wouldn't purchase them for home use. I did e...  more »

  • Went here for the Harvest Festival. Found a deal on Living Social, but I have to say it's worth the full price admission. Parking was organized and simple. The landscaping is intact and cozy, and makes for a nice place to sit and relax or walk around. Located on a busy road, but is far enough back that it doesn't interfere with your enjoyment. The tasting room is small, but there are table and chairs downstairs and upstairs, on a balcony, and in the garden/patio. The building has a cozy cottage feeling and beautiful wooden floors and stairs. Restrooms downstairs and upstairs, and were clean. Took a tour of the winery, then attended a winemaking 101 session with the owner Mitzi. She's such a delight to talk to and thoroughly enjoys this business. She knows the science behind it and that makes it easier to understand and helps you appreciate your tasting session even more. I'm not a big fan of reds, but I did like their Montpelier Blush. As a fan of whites, I did take home a bottle of their Hanover White. Such a clean, crisp taste that isn't overly sweet. I like how they involve their customers with tastings, pairings, and education in such a comfortable, relaxed environment.
  • The wine was excellent; the presentation needed someone with a personality
  • Great red wine slushy and a wonderful place to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view and vino.
  • Really close to Richmond, high quality enjoyable fine Virginia wines ♥
  • Wine slushie!
