  • But area is now closed for hiking due to a forest fire in August 2016. The trail is washed out and many fallen trees. They hope to open the trail next year.

  • Nice, breezy stop right along Seward highway. Good views of bay and great spot to stop for a snack. Good walking trails branching off from main parking lot.
  • One of my favorite hiking trails in Anchorage. When its not on fire.
  • Take a hike, have a picnic, play in the creek, enjoy the view. It's great.
  • Gives an awesome view of the Seward Highway and the Turnagain Arm
