Gettysburg Diorama puts before you the whole battle that shaped American history. The incredibly detailed scale model of the battlefield includes more than 20,000 handpainted soldiers, horses, and artillery pieces. The town of Gettysburg, along with its surrounding woods and fields, is recreated to perfectly depict the scene where the famous Civil War battle took place in 1863. You can learn how the battle progressed, hear the stories about generals George Meade and Robert E. Lee, and see clearly how the terrain influenced the troop movements and the outcome. Light and sound effects enhance the experience and make different aspects of the battle easier to understand. • Very interesting to see the town and fields laid out and as the gentleman talked the different areas of the diorama lit up. Made it a little more real.

  • I was surprised. This is a great representation of the battlefield, very detailed, and the show plays it out with a great since of realism and depth. Afterwards head downstairs to the free gun museum showing more firearms than the National Gettysburg museum a few miles down the road.
  • Worth the amount to see, went with my kid and enjoyed the diorama. Was a great learning experience. Easy to get in and see.
  • Fantastic miniature model of the area and great little show to get a better understanding of all 3 days of the battle.
  • The red head at the desk was rude and an angry elf....
